Deaths and Recoveries

Regrettably, 125 more COVID-19 deaths have been reported: Eastern Cape 0, Free State 31, Gauteng 8, Kwa-Zulu Natal 7, Limpopo 0, Mpumalanga 5, North West 46, Northern Cape 18 and Western Cape 10 which brings the total to 50 803 deaths.

We convey our condolences to the loved ones of the departed and thank the health care workers who treated the deceased patients. Our recoveries now stand at 1 442 045, representing a recovery rate of 94,7%.
