Today, 19 COVID-19 related deaths have been reported: Eastern Cape 3, Free State 1, Gauteng 7, Kwa-Zulu Natal 4, Limpopo 0, Mpumalanga 3, North West 0, Northern Cape 0 and Western Cape 1 which brings the total to 54 350 deaths.

The cumulative recoveries now stand at 1 505 620, representing a recovery rate of 95%.
