Reported Deaths and Recoveries

Regrettably, we report 100 new COVID-19 related deaths: 11 from Eastern Cape, 12 from Gauteng, 14 from KwaZulu Natal, 36 from Mpumalanga, 8 from Limpopo, and 19 from Western Cape. This brings the cumulative number of deaths to 13 159

The number of recoveries currently stands at 516 494 which translates to a recovery rate of 83%
